Boys

Rackard League Football – Unfortunately, the boys were beaten in all of our Group Games. However, there was great improvements as the games went on. There was a total of 22 pupils from 3rd – 6th Class on the panel

Rackard League Hurling – The boys had one win against Fethard with a scoreline of 4:04 – 4:03. This win gave the group a great boost during Active Week

Mini Sevens – The boys were winners in both Hurling and Football in Round 1. In Round 2, they finished 2nd in both groups.

Rounders – The boys performed very well in Rounders. They had one win against Caim N.S. This game was held in Clongeen and the team was cheered on by children from 3rd – 6th Class who were in attendance.

Girls

Rackard League Football – Unfortunately, the girls were defeated in all of their group matches. They were narrowly defeated on two occasions.

Mini Sevens – The girls were winners in Round 1 against three other schools. In Round 2, they were defeated and ended up finishing 4th in the group.

Rounders – The girls had the same results as the boys team. The recorded a great win in Clongeen vs. Caim N.S.

We had a very enjoyable year of sport here in Clongeen N.S.
